📌 Senior Piping Design Engineer

📍 Location: October, Cairo

📌 Working Days: 5 Days (Sunday to Thursday)

🕒 Working Hours: 8 Hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

➡️ Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in piping design within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SmartPlant, PDMS, or similar).
• Familiarity with international piping codes (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.).
• Knowledge of pipe stress analysis tools (CAESAR II or similar).

➡️ Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D and 3D piping layouts and designs using software such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant, or PDMS.
• Create piping isometric drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings.
• Select appropriate piping materials and components based on project specifications, fluid type, pressure, and temperature requirements.
• Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and piping specifications.

📌 مهندس تصميم أنابيب أول

📍 الموقع: أكتوبر، القاهرة

📌 أيام العمل: 5 أيام (من الأحد إلى الخميس)

🕒 ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات (من 9:00 صباحًا إلى 5:00 مساءً)

➡️ المزايا:

➡️ المؤهلات والخبرة:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تصميم الأنابيب في صناعة النفط والغاز.
• إلمام قوي بأدوات CAD (مثل AutoCAD، SmartPlant، PDMS).
• معرفة بمعايير التصميم الدولية (مثل ASME، ANSI، API).
• خبرة في أدوات تحليل إجهاد الأنابيب (مثل CAESAR II).

➡️ المسؤوليات:

• تطوير تصاميم الأنابيب ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام برامج مثل AutoCAD، SmartPlant، أو PDMS.
• إنشاء رسومات متساوية القياس (Isometric)، ورسومات ترتيب عام (GA)، ورسومات تصنيع تفصيلية.
• اختيار المواد والمكونات المناسبة بناءً على مواصفات المشروع، نوع السائل، الضغط، ودرجة الحرارة.
• إعداد قوائم المواد (MTOs) ومواصفات الأنابيب.
